Setup in WorkMan HVS
- The protocol being used is DIP in serial RS232 mode.
- Create a virtual com port pair and have the telephony interface from Hoist Hotsoft on same machine as WorkMan HVS.

- Use serial interface and the protocol DOR1, Doro Index (HotSoft Protocol – Draft Ver 0.2)
